Worth knowing

Das Essen ist viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Das Personal weiß nicht was vegan ist sodass jedes Mal nachgefragt werden muss bei allem. Als Veganer zahlt man das gleiche und bekommt nahezu nichts dafür. Die anderen Sachen sind überkocht Fisch/Fleisch.

It’s bare essentials and unfortunately our hut with the furthest away from main lodge area and does take a while to go to and from. Swimming pools were murky

Great location with a beautiful reef. Some of the staff went above and beyond particularly Nathan, he was a star! Good humoured and super friendly. The dorms were great.

Worth knowing

Sometimes we had to ask about the activities being offered as staff didn't turn up to run them. Also the prices advertised on the posters for paid activities weren't always up to-date so we went in to book thinking it was the poster price. These need to be changed. Meal times with allergies and intolerances were not good. Unsure why they ask guests to tell them about allergies at check in if they don't follow through with providing meals for them. Fortunately it was an intolerance not an allergy and we could try and guess the ingredients and work it out that way but telling several staff on each visit what you couldn't eat was painful! This needs to be better managed. The bathrooms smelt like urine throughout although appeared clean. Maybe some air freshener or something would be beneficial
