Our taxi to the airport was not prearranged like we asked therefore we we’re very late to the airport. No urgency was shown in getting us a new ride. Luckily airport staff still accepted our bags 3 minutes after closing! Also had a zero hot water.

Our room had a garden view on 2nd floor. Was perfect. Love the adults only pool and the adults only breakfast. The staff are so nice, friendly and helpful The gardens are beautiful

The staff were very warm and friendly. Everyone we met had smiles and were very welcoming. The amenities were top tier- our room was very clean and comfortable. If you go for the cocktails, ask for the passionfruit mojitos- they are superb!

Worth knowing

I just thought it was a bit hit and miss with the food. This didn't take away from the whole experience though.

The food was very average the breakfast was cold and overcooked and the meals that you could order around the pool were terrible we ordered 2 different meals to share and they were both un eatable
